現在フィリピン人の特定技能外国人３名が働いています。ここは標高の高い場所にあるので、夏は農業に適していますが冬は寒くて野菜が育ちません。7か月間という短い時間ですが、仕事中は集中し、時間があるときにはみんなで焼き肉パーティーなどをしてワイワイ過ごしています。
Currently, there are three Filipino Specified Skilled Workers employed here. This area is situated at a high altitude, making it suitable for farming during the summer, but too cold for vegetable cultivation in the winter. Although the work period is short, lasting only seven months, everyone focuses on their tasks. During their free time, they enjoy activities together, such as having lively BBQ parties.
７か月就労後約4ヶ月は母国に帰るので、ご家族がいる方などは冬の機関一緒に過ごすことができて良いかと思います。同じ農家さんに8年間ほど戻って来れるので、長期で計画的に働きたい方に向いていると思います。
After working for seven months, there is an approximately four-month period during which workers can return to their home country. This allows those with families to spend the winter months together. You can return to the same farm for around eight years, making this a suitable opportunity for those who wish to work long-term and plan ahead.
